As a part of Kindred Rehabilitation Services, a division of Kindred Healthcare, RehabCare provides contract therapy services across multiple settings including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), independent living facilities (ILFs), continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and outpatient facilities.
