As a part of Kindred Rehabilitation Services, a division of Kindred Healthcare, RehabCare provides contract therapy services across multiple settings including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), independent living facilities (ILFs), continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and outpatient facilities. Stay away from this company. Fraudulent therapy and billing practices. It's unfortunate the facility where I was had a regional manager who was unprofessional and very unpleasant (like not speaking or acknowledging you when you greet her/only interacting with the rehab manager). When you seek recognition and financial compensation for hard work they do nothing short of bullying in the workplace. My emotional trauma is real. If they decide they like you, then you're in great shape.

The insurance wasn't bad.
All of the above...plus 1% yearly pay increases and being written up frequently with little basis.

Administrator and nursing staff did not care about the residents. Administrator did not know how to talk to her staff, very rude. They cared more about money

Rehabcare is not a good company to work for. They give you PTO however give you a hard time when you try to use it. Also, there is no room for growth unless you are willing to compromise your ethics. It's a dictatorship and if you stand up for yourself and your ethics, you are punished. No paid holidays, must use PTO to cover holidays.
