About Rehabilitation Program Manager

What does a Rehabilitation Program Manager do?

As Rehabilitation Program Managers, we supervise rehab specialists and ensure that their developed program complies with the patient’s mental health while coordinate with physicians and pharmacologists to ensure that there will be no possible drug interactions between them. We run hiring campaigns to hire new and high-quality rehabilitation specialists and assistants to make the patients’ stay as pleasant as possible by providing them with a memorable patient care service. We also establish multiple metrics to ensure that the facility’s employees' performance meets every excepted expectation and perform periodic performance appraisals.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that the rehab staff is providing appropriate care to Resident
  • complete required forms and documentation
  • engage in crisis intervention when required
