About Reimbursement Manager

What does a Reimbursement Manager do?

As Reimbursement Managers, we develop strategies to repay a person who has spent or lost money. We also manage all reimbursement transactions and train the executive staff on new policies. Some of us may work for a state or government office and assist in the preparation of the department's budget and negotiate contracts with outside suppliers or consultants. We also keeping track of all medical reimbursement files and serving as point persons with insurance companies. We can work in a variety of environments, such as hospitals, government, and insurance companies.
