About Reliability Specialist

What does a Reliability Specialist do?

As Reliability Specialists, we coordinate with the company’s technicians to perform regular root cause analysis on their service and equipment to understand the cause of their failure by identifying the underlining cause of incidents and suggest preventative & corrective actions. We also prepare adequate incident reports in accordance with the company’s standard writing formats and detail the incident analysis and corrective & preventive actions. We ensure that the company’s top executives understand the corrective actions and start implementing our solutions to avoid further damage or equipment failure in the future.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate with Change Engineers when needed
  • ensure that corrective actions are realistic and reliable
