About Rental Coordinator

What does a Rental Coordinator do?

Functioning as Rental Coordinators, we are responsible for maintaining the existing relationships with our customers and building relationships with new customers. We have the ability to provide rental advice to the customers for helping them in assisting with their rental needs. We prepare rental agreements between the house owners and the rent payers. In the role of Rental Coordinator, we are accountable for analyzing the needs of customers and providing them with their appropriate requirements. We make contracts and sign proper agreements. We consult with the customers for identifying their queries. We also see the entire rental process.

Core tasks:

  • scheduling equipment pick-ups
  • responding to the telephone calls
  • reviewing the rental requests
  • writing the rental agreements
  • completing the entire rental processing procedures
