Long continuous career with RNDC, 37 Years. Guide myself with guided with integrity, and attention to detail. Acquired expertise, drive organizational growth, and improve accounting operations. Upper Management in Sales and FP&A recognized by efforts, and relied on my opinion. Sadly, it all came to an end due to RNDC layoffs.

Pros and Cons
Friendly Office
Loss of suppliers over time

I interviewed with them early Feb 2023, I was offered direct company hire full time at $18.75 with benefits per the listing they had offered on job boards. 3 weeks later after I chase the manager down 4-5 times asking for updates on what’s going on, he decides to inform me of a horrible sorry joke that has no doubt earned this 1 star, it would really be a 0* if I could “company” experience. The hiring manager decides to inform me that after I had been waiting 3 weeks for direct company hire with benefits for $18.75 a hour, that I would now be working for a TEMP AGENCY for 50 cents LESS a hour, with no benefits. I stated that would like to be hired on for me $18.75 direct hire benefits that he has offered and he basically proceeds to laugh at me. I’ve applied to lots of jobs over the years and no doubt that this has earned a -100/10 if I could give such a rating. NO ONE WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SORRY JOKE OF A COMPANY. I PROMISE 110% ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR ENERGY.

Pros and Cons
Good salary, almost nothing else
Literally almost everything, stay away if you value your sanity

I worked here for 10 years and it was a good experience where I learned a lot. The employees that I worked with awesome and made it an easy decision to stay as long as I did . The issue was there was no communication from management to associates and zero room for advancement. If you choose to work just take in that you may not ever get to progress in your career.

Pros and Cons
Friendly employees
No advancement opportunities

Could be a great place to work except the management is a problem. A lot of egotistical people with no experience managing people. Talk down to in an insulting manner. Inappropriate emails with vulgar language. Just poor leadership all around.
