About Research Chemist

What does a Research Chemist do?

In the role of Research Chemist, we are accountable for working collaboratively with the business leaders to understand the specifications of chemical products. We identify the main points of product quality criteria and implement them while researching new chemical products. We provide ideas for improving the existing research criteria by making small faxes in them. Functioning as Research Chemists, we are accountable for monitoring the markets to identify and track the latest industry trends and develop our new products in accordance with them. We also communicate with the customers to understand their complex problems and solve them by providing them with relevant solutions.

Core tasks:

  • conducting research for new chemical products
  • providing training to the newly hired team members
  • working under the direction of product leaders
  • ensuring that our researched products are in accordance with the company policies
  • performing other duties as assigned
