As Research Managers, we are responsible for planning and managing an organization’s research projects. We supervise a team of researchers in planning and coordinating the execution of research projects. We draft research proposals and select research methods. Tracking project progress and reporting to the senior management is one of our daily responsibilities. We identify areas of improvement and develop new procedures to meet milestones. Working as Research Managers, we monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget and follow and enforce state regulations. We also interact with the accounting department in processing payments.
