About Reservations Supervisor

What does a Reservations Supervisor do?

Functioning as Reservations Supervisors, we are responsible for monitoring the performance of the customer’s projects. We have the ability to prepare direct reports related to the business requirements of customers for understanding their desired goals and objectives. Working as Reservations Supervisors, we maintain the audit reservations to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the tasks performed. We monitor and coach to improve their existing skills. We act as liaisons between the sales managers and the customers to handle the booking related tasks. We also oversee the deposits and refunds of the customers.

Core tasks:

  • coordinating with different departments of the company
  • keeping track of the non guaranteed reservations
  • producing reports based on the current performances
  • performing other duties as assigned
