Job Description





Contract: Permanent

You will be working as part of a team that supports adults with learning disabilities. The support plan details the personal care and daily living needs of each person and how they wish this support to be given. You will offer support with personal care, shopping, trips out, personal finances and cooking. You will also be required to carry out some household tasks such as cleaning the communal areas to help assist in keeping their homes safe and clean, keeping records and minimising risk for individuals.

You will be an experienced carer or have transferable skills; you will also be flexible and able to cover for other care staff when necessary.

You will also be required to complete the Care Certificate within your 3 month Probation Period for which we offer full training and support.
