It is our responsibility as Resolution Specialists to coordinate business merchants to resolve account issues and forward unresolved accounts to the management team. We manage the external vendors to ensure they resolve all pending issues and receive appropriate responses on issues raised via hotline complaints. We also research all the complaints raised and come up with relevant recommendations to assist the management to resolve the raised issues amicably. Additionally, we are in charge of managing all the overdrafts and correcting ACH to obtain the required approvals. We receive letters from all borrowers to keep records and facilitate consumer collections.
