What does a Resource Coordinator do?

As Resource Coordinators, we are tasked with assisting in creating and supports all of the company’s recruitment and employment policies after evaluating the current job requirements and average salaries within the industry and state. We also ensure that the company’s specified budget is respected when negotiating the salaries of new employees by taking into account their future benefits, pension plans, bonuses, and years of experience in the field. We analyze the company’s questionnaire and ensure that each question complies with state-specific employment laws and regulations.
