About Resource Specialist

What does a Resource Specialist do?

We, resource specialists, instruct the special needed students. We prepare a plan and curriculum that matches the abilities of the students. We train the kids for their professional life. Also, we teach them some skills that will help them to spend their lives independently. Communicating with the parents regarding the performance and behavior of kids is our responsibility as well. We access the needs of students and address them properly.

Core tasks:

  • identifying the problem with the students and resolving them at the earliest
  • planning a special education plan for the students
  • reporting the performance of the students to the senior management
