Functioning as Resource Teachers, our main responsibility is to support the other features of the educational institutions. We support the teachers with the implementation of appropriate educational programs for the students based on their age and mental level. In the role of Resource Teacher, we are accountable for supporting the parents and students to guide them about the right ways about the child’s education. We provide consultation services to the teaching staff for contributing our ideas to the final decisions. We also provide our feedback and reviews on the newly designed educational plans and policies for the students. We provide new content ideas to teachers for meeting the wide range of students’ capabilities.
