As a General Manager, you understand the importance of developing and maintaining a high performing team while delivering an exceptional guest experience. - Work a flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
- Valid Florida driver's license, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle
- Undergo a background check
- Become Serv-Safe/Florida Food Service Certification
- 3+ years restaurant management experience

About 1000 Degrees Pizza
1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria is an innovative build-your-own pizza concept that allows guests to create custom Neapolitan style pizzas at lightning fast speeds for one flat price. Our dough is authentic and made from scratch daily using a recipe dating back over 100 years from the Campania region of Italy (Naples) that requires a "fork-style" mixer, and 48-hour fermentation/proofing process. We then hand stretch each pizza to produce a crispy, airy, light-on-the-belly crust, that is thin and extremely tasty. With our delicious San-Marzano and Cherry tomato based sauces, along with a choice of more than 50 fresh and high quality ingredients to choose from, guests create and watch as their pizza is cooked to perfection in our hand-made, proprietary oven, in just about 120 seconds.

TASKS
- Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation or food subsidies.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records.
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.

- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
