As Restaurant Managers, we are responsible for overseeing restaurant operations to ensure a superior customer experience. We assist in hiring, training, and developing staff members as per the company's standards. We also serve to enhance the guest experience by supervising services and food quality. Ensuring the timely delivery of food and services in a professional manner is also part of our duty. We host an effective pre-shift meeting to inform and motivate service staff. We also ensure compliance with policies and standards. Working as Restaurant Managers, we are responsible for monitoring the staff duties throughout the shift.
