What does a Retail Manager do?

As Retail Managers, we organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel. We manage and guide staff towards maximum performance. We also prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency. We also ensure the store fulfills all legal health guidelines.

Core tasks:

  • monitoring stock levels and purchases and making sure they stay within budget
  • dealing with complaints from clients to maintain the store's reputation
  • inspecting the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • planning and supervising in-store promotional events
  • analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts
