About Retail Representative

What does a Retail Representative do?

As Retail Representatives, we conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with potential clients. The Retail Representatives negotiate all deals with clients, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. We develop periodic reports, give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs, understanding and promoting company programs, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from customers, preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • visit clients and potential clients to examine needs or promote products and services
  • maintain client records
  • answer customers questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
  • helping determine pricing schedules for quotes
