What does a Retail Service Specialist do?

As Retail Service Specialists, we help the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. We develop and mentor store team members. As Retail Service Specialists, we deliver excellent customer service, resolve customer problems with products and billings, ensure positive working relationships with store employees and customers.

Core tasks:

  • pull and initiate call orders before customer arrival
  • ensure positive working relationships with store employees and customers
  • improve customer service, drive store sales, and enhance profitability
  • ensure effective storage of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability
  • handle teller transactions and manage station funds
