Retail Shift Manager

As Retail Shift Managers, we assist, guide, and motivate all members of the management team. We are responsible for opening and closing the store. We supervise staff and efficiently delegate tasks. We maintain strong knowledge of inventory and market trends.

Core tasks:

• managing dining reservations
• helping staff resolve on-the-job challenges
• tracking daily costs and revenues
• informing the next shift manager about pending tasks
• reporting maintenance and training requirements
• delegating tasks to the team and supervise their performance
