As Retail Supervisors, we carry out management requests in motivating, training, and disciplining employees. We manage the work of retail staff in a store environment. We coach representatives on the firm process, procedures, and position responsibilities.

  • implementing and making sure representatives'' perform through field support agents to complete tasks
  • assigning and managing team projects to use efficiencies and quality execution
