About Reviewer

What does a Reviewer do?

As Reviewers, we are also responsible for reviewing and maintaining subsidiary accounts by allocating, verifying, and posting transactions while maintaining general ledgers by transferring subsidiary account summaries. We analyze and review every business transaction and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system after collecting and sorting invoices and checks. We are also responsible for generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status to facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

Core tasks:

  • balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
  • pay invoices and bills in a timely manner
  • develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets
