I enjoyed the men and women I worked with at Ricoh but I must say that the AM's and upper management really don't care about their people as much as I would have thought. Many times I was left with a feeling that the account is worth more than the employee

I manage, support, and maintain various types and models of Ricoh printers and fax machines on daily basis. Every employee is treating with full respect and share ideas among on another. The most enjoyable part of my job is you have a chance to learn new ideas from your colleagues. You also have a chance to teach what working method is working best for the outcome. You receive Ricoh employee recognition as well as kudos from your boss and senior upper management teams.

Liked the hours still have time to take care of personal business and family time. Very friendly people🙂
I enjoyed working at Ricoh. The managers were very supportive. It was a fun work environment. I learned alot working there. They were flexible with getting time off.

I was paired with a senior Technician who gave me hands-on training. I was given the tools and training I need to Excell at my job. The hardest part of the job was Identifying what the problem was with the printer. But that was the challenge that I faced every day. Management encouraged me to take the time to learn the job and even kept me busy with different aspects of my job. I Loved this job.

Fast paced work however you feel as if you are part of family. Shifts are long however the pay is very good compared to other companies and the management cares about their employees

I was so fortunate to learn the position with Ricoh just before Covid. I was able to work remote. Having this position the responsibilities the colleagues the supervisors, gave me a sense of normalcy every day. We were supported, encouraged to continue to work hard. it was a blessing

At Ricoh I took part in many different tasks shadowing the actual employees were they let me take part in many different tasks such as fixing LED lights and replacing safety tape on the stairs, replacing hand sanitizers, fixing toilet doors changing temperature on the boilers on the roof preparing meeting rooms
