Same old story, if you are a person with experience, consistency and total devotion to your job you'll find that and the most of your peers in this job are gay activist, never shower tipes, customer service challenged outcasts who just care about their check and let the rest of the world go to hell. All of this possible thanks to a management that are the same and only devote themselves to kiss their superiors a**es. Stay away, the pay is awful anyway.

Pros and Cons
Manager are never available
it is still a job and you get your check on time.

This job was one of the best I worked at. All my co-workers where great to work with. During the recent pandem Ricoh took great care of me and my co-workers. If it wasn't for unfortunate circumstance I would still be working at UNC Charlotte.

The management is inept and unprofessional, and there's no real chance of advancement unless you're willing to pucker up. Promotion isn't based on merit but on how close you are to your specific manager. The pay is meager, and there is no such thing as work-life balance. The office I worked in was simply a glorified call center.

Pros and Cons
Didn't find them

I was Mailroom Manager there from 1998 until 2013. I enjoyed working there. People were great. Would have finished my career there, but my office was closed. We were not needed as we were too close to another district office. I felt really appreciated and extremely needed. Great Office!
