About RIG Manager

What does a RIG Manager do?

Functioning as RIG Managers, our primary responsibility is to ensure that the rigs are properly maintained. We oversee the oiling of rigs and the crews drilling in particular regions. We also identify any issues during the regular rig operations and identify their root causes by coordinating and discussing with our team members. In the role of RIG Manager, we are liable for solving the complications that arise during the execution of new rig plans in the company. We also supervise our team members about the new initiatives and guide them about the movement of materials to ensure safe and secure rig operations. We also implement safety measures during the drilling activities to assure the safety and security of our staff members.
