As Riggers, we erect and repair rigging to move heavyweight equipment. We prepare the materials and rigging equipment before loading, operate heavy machinery, and dismantle the rigging after the job completes. Our work also includes regular coordination and communication with the rigging team and to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We inspect and prepare loads that need to be moved, set, align and level heavy equipment machinery. Our tasks include preparing beams, pulleys, clamps, bolts, and selection of appropriate rigging gear. We also monitor and maintain rigging equipment, break down it and conduct post-rigging inspections.
