As Risk Consultants, we are responsible for building strategies to improve client's risk management, accident prevention, and safety programs. We participate in meetings with clients to guide them company's risk and loan prevention services. We also assist the service team in answering prospective customer reservations. Attending service calls to initiate elements of an established service plan is also part of our duty. We also develop a curriculum for customer's companies based on claims history and operational needs. Working as Risk Consultants, we are responsible for training client's staff on multiple safety topics and programs. Finally, we design and manage various health and safety programs such as illness prevention and ergonomic programs.
Core tasks:
- collaborating with the client to develop cost containment programs
- establishing file maintenance with documentation of account services
- attending meeting and conferences to remain current with policy updates
- monitoring client's site to ensure implementation of relevant programs
