Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
- Under the leadership of the Director of Risk, Compliance and Patient experience, this individual will work collaboratively with existing department personnel to proactively manage organizational risk for all hospital and affiliate programs. With a focus on improving patient safety, Risk Management strives to mitigate organizational risk exposure by identifying and implementing risk reduction strategies. This individual will work directly with patients and all levels of the organization as well as outside legal counsel.
- Minimum Education
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum Work Experience
- Five years of relevant work experience.
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Registered Nurse
- CPHRM Certification within 12 months of hire date
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills used to effectively relate all levels of the organization.
