We are seeking a Training Services Specialist to join our Caliber Public Safety team!Details
In the key role of Training Services Specialist, we rely on you to conduct client training for new and experienced users of Caliber Public Safety software. You will interact directly with our clients in live training sessions to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge. You will conduct web training sessions and train internal staff.
A dynamic, well-spoken, patient individual, you are dedicated to providing outstanding client service, have a keen eye for detail and thrive on working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Conventional hours for this role are 8am to 5pm with occasional Sunday travel and occasional extended workdays. The ideal candidate must be able to travel extensively throughout North America 65-75% of the time. While the rule is to get home every weekend, this position will only appeal to individuals who are comfortable with frequent travel.
