Job Description
Title: Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning developer
Location: Lake County, IL
Duration: 14 Months+

* Architecture experience (w/t RPA would be ideal)
* RPA (robotic process automation) or Scripting tools experience

Skills:
Experience in designing Enterprise level Application Architecture
Excellent code review skills and exposure to test-driven development
The ability to interact with senior management and drive communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good customer interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
Experience with Enterprise ERP Systems
Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for process automation projects through the lifecycle of ideation, technical feasibility, prioritization, development, deployment, monitoring, and enhancements
Architecting RPA for enterprise-level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications
Educate business users/managers on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software and partner with them to design automation solutions that are reliable, thorough, compliant and complete
Establish best practices for developers, code standards, create/maintain a code review checklist for RPA development
Design, develop and translate the business specifications to technical requirements for the Automation solutions
Work with business and technology teams to understand business processes, assess automation feasibility, prepare business cases, develop solutions, and monitor the roll-out of these solutions
Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of RPA change management projects of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process
Responsible for Architectural decisions in designing and implementing Applications
Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating Software Solutions, and following best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns
Mentoring the RPA developers
Hands-on RPA coding along with the code review responsibilities
Qualifications:
3-5+ yrs of Sr. IT Technical role
2+ yrs in an Enterprise ERP role
Experience with RPA and/or similar tools is desired (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, Autohotkey, AutoIt, SAP GUI Scripting, etc)
Experience with Automation Anywhere is a plus

- Plan and conduct teacher training programs and conferences dealing with new classroom procedures, instructional materials and equipment, and teaching aids.
- Interpret and enforce provisions of state education codes and rules and regulations of state education boards.
- Conduct or participate in workshops, committees, and conferences designed to promote the intellectual, social, and physical welfare of students.

- Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
