Rodan + Fields (R + F) was founded by a Stanford-trained Dermatologists Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields in 2000. The dual had utilized their three decades experience and established the R + F with a motive to render populace the best skin of their lives and the confidence that comes with it. The company develops products that are innovative, easy-to-use, and backed by scientific research with the aid of its proprietary technologies, doctors, PhDs, and R&D experts. From exfoliators to super hydrators to lash conditioners, R + F offers huge range of innovative products that nourish body from head to toe while maximizing its results. Soon, the R+ F was acquired by the Estée Lauder Companies who bought the R+F skincare Regimens in departmental stores. In 2007, the dual doctors again buy R + F and with the help of word-of-mouth marketing, they relaunched Rodan + Fields in 2008 using a Consumer Connected Commerce business model.
