About Rooms Controller

What does a Rooms Controller do?

As Rooms Controllers, we work attentively to provide accommodations for guest reservations in hotels and restaurants. We are responsible for booking rooms for guests and work with the department of cleaning and maintenance. As Rooms Controllers, we are also concerned with providing a positive guest experience. We prepare rooms condition, reservations, and maintenance reports. We also make sure that regular guests are given exceptional treatment following the organization’s standards and rules.

Core tasks:

  • develop and implement the appropriate strategies to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction
  • coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and managerial departments
  • ensure rules compliance in the regular activities
  • prepare insights and overall progress reports
