About Route Sales Manager

What does a Route Sales Manager do?

Functioning as Route Sales Managers, our primary responsibility is to find out new ways for increasing the growth of the company's business and its profitability. We maintain the volume of market center sales. We have the ability to utilize our professional leadership skills in selecting the employees for the company. Working as Route Sales Managers, we design and develop plans and schedules for the route assignments to ensure their timely completion. We also monitor the daily progress of customer’s projects and their compliance with the company’s standards and agreements. We maintain the business records and documentation including the personal records and invoice records.

Core tasks:

  • supporting the sales of the customers by contacting them on route
  • providing continuous feedback to the route sales employees of the company
  • reviewing the weekly work of routes
  • handling the business records and administrative standards
  • preparing production reports and invoice forms
