Amazing products, however the management team leaves a lot to be desired. Mars prides itself on accessible leadership, however after the 2020 re-org most of the US based/Missouri leadership team was pushed out and the US division is run out of New York by a mostly European team. There is so much potential for the US market with amazing products but the management team does not understand the US, gets distracted by 'pet' projects and has a complete inability to forecast to meet demand.

Pros and Cons
Part of MARS, great benefits, free pet food, great associates
RCUS leadership lacks vision and understanding of the US

My first 6 months there as a temp ot was a dream job i had no complaints and loved it there. The only down side was the rotating shifts i had never worked 3rd shift before so i had a hard time adjusting when it was my teams turn to go on 3rd's. Up untill i got hired on i never had any trouble out of anyone but once i got hired full time my line manager had started to become a bad workplace bully and had started to single me out. I saw signs of it before my orientation and hoped once i made it through he would lighten up. He for some reason had it in for me more so than others even my team noticed he had it in for me a little more than others. When i was going through orientation i requested to be moved under another line manager and explained my case. They told me he wasnt willing to let go of me that i had to stay where i was. Well when i returned to my team after my orientation he had caught wind that i was trying to move shifts and really started gunning for me till i got fired.

Pros and Cons
Benifits and pay
Poor managment and favortism to ones with seniority
