The only reason I left this company is because we had to move for my husband's job. I loved working for RCCL. They treat you with a deep level of respect. They promote diversity and make sure you never feel less than someone else. The work environment is very friendly and professional. If I ever move back to Miami I'd jump at the chance to work there again!

Pros and Cons
Cruise discounts!

This job is welcoming passengers and checking them out for their cruises. You can learn a lot about the cruise ships what goes on on board as well as the kind of people that travel on cruises and what to expect when you take a cruise. This was a great part-time job and was lots of fun, but I would not recommend it full-time as the pay was very poor.

Pros and Cons
Half-price cruises
Pay very poor

At least 77 hours per week working, management it’s left in the hands of unprofessional people most of them from India . They have 0 management experience and knowledge they want absolute submission. Company it’s not interested as long nothing happened. Unfortunately they have serious security problems inevitably something bad will happen .

Pros and Cons
Places that you can visit

I first went to work for RCCL as a shore excursion manager, handling all the tours ashore. I increase revenue on every ship that I was on exponentially by changing the desk hours, adding & training staff, your talks that ran 24/7 on ship’s TV, and being available to the Guests whenever possible. On land I worked as a Business Development Manager (District Sales Manager) servicing the Travel Agent Community in West Los Angeles. I also increased the revenue share and won Rookie of the Year.

Pros and Cons
Excellent benefits, savings on cruises, see the world
Work Hard / Play Hard. To be honest it's all good!!
