I had a lot of fun moments and met a lot of amazing people and coworkers I've learned a lot in this retail company and I sure miss working there

Upper management not forthcoming and insincere. Don’t be fooled! They say they are people centric but in fact they are not! It is all a sham!

RUE21 ALLOWED ME TO QUICKLY EXCEL BY PROVIDING TRIED AND TRUE DIRECTION. THERE WAS NEVER A TIME I HAD A QUESTION THAT THE ANSWER COULD NOT BE FOUND AT STORE LEVEL, EITHER THROUGH EASY TO USE BOOKS, COMMUNICATION STORES IN EACH DISTRICT, OR CORPORATE ASSISTANCE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY. I BONUSED OFTEN BY SIMPLY FOLLOWING DIRECTION AND IMPLEMENTING STORE POLICY. I WISH EVERY WORK ENVIRONMENT HAD THE ANSWERS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS THE WAY THIS COMPANY DID, EVERY JOB WOULD BE A SUCCESS STORY.
