My review is based on previous management. Management is significantly better now. Hopefully the location recovers from previous management

Pros and Cons
You can make ok money but you're going to work hard

It was a fun place to work at plenty of overtime. Lotta hours I went from not knowing how to cook it all to being a professional cook in just a matter of months is energetics life, balancing worry about money in my pocket..

Pros and Cons
I was having money in my pocket free food environment
I didn’t really have a lot of free time

I enjoy Ruth's Chris the brand but there are far better ones than the Portland location. Employee turnover is just insane and an area of town very sketchy at night.

Pros and Cons
good tips, friendly customers
very little accountability, hostile and dismissive culture
