About Safety Supervisor

What does a Safety Supervisor do?

As Safety Supervisors, we are responsible for developing the factory's safety culture by providing regular safety supervision. We ensure compliance with the safety program. We assist manufacturing and maintenance operations with technical Safety. Conducting hazard evaluations and safety checks in the workplace regularly is also a part of our duty. We fix hazardous workplace conditions and at-risk situations. We communicate about safety and risk management efforts. Working as Safety Supervisors, we are responsible for conducting safety training for employees. We examine written safety programs for effectiveness and compliance. Finally, we coordinate and support the efforts of the safety committee.

Core tasks:

  • assisting location management with implementation of all facets of risk management work
  • creating and implementing site safety programs
  • assisting in maintenance records for occupational safety
  • providing information on the company's safety policy and procedure
