AAA MountainWest is a not-revenue driven firm of clubs providing services in excess of 50 million individuals in America and Canada. AAA MW was established in the year 1902. The company is providing these services from 1927. It has assisted its clientele with making the most of their vehicles while meeting their protection, travel arranging and roadside assistance. The Club is providing services to a gigantic number of individuals I-e in excess of 180,000 in Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska. In addition, the outlets of the company operating in Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Kalispell, Missoula, Hamilton, Cheyenne, Anchorage, and Helena are also providing remarkable services to the customers. This position is responsible for managing the overall growth, development, profitability, and member satisfaction of one or more DSU teams. This position manages all operational activities including performance management, lead distribution, staffing (recruiting and forecasting pipeline) and sales recognition. This position is directly responsible for all employees within assigned team(s). Develops strategy and tactics to optimize team performance in sales and service quality. Contributes to organizational goal of positioning AAA Membership, Insurance and Travel products as market leaders.
Essential Functions
Accountable for delivery of revenue and profitability through DSU team(s) P&L management.
Responsible for the sale of all AAA products (Membership, P&C Insurance and Travel).
Tracks and analyzes all sales metrics to optimize distribution strategy of all lead sources.
Determines distribution strategy, associated staffing and support requirements to execute business plans and realize opportunities. Takes action to support the resolution of issues and creation of solutions within business segments. Leads the development, implementation and delivery of a strategy and associated business plans.
Forecasts staffing needs and maintains staffing pipeline through active recruiting.
Conducts performance evaluation, implements sales actions plans/coaching, and performance management activities for employees.
Provides active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring. Creates an engaging work environment that encourages feedback on local work processes, competitive threats and the member experience.
Responsible for leadership and talent development.
Ensures compliance with AAA policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
Provides feedback to assist in competitive positioning of AAA products and services (e.g., products, pricing, distribution approaches).

Knowledge of AAA products and systems (Preferred)
Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
Sales and/or service experience
Supervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or service industry. Comparable experience in a management capacity may also be considered. (Preferred)
Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License

Entire work time is conducted in an office setting
Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
