Job Description

Applications without a resume will not be considered. ECI is seeking an Account Manager to provide best in class ERP Software sales support to small and medium sized businesses. This position will be located in either: Fort Worth, TX; Provo, UT; Jefferson City, MI or Remote The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining contact with current customers, receiving and processing sales orders and responding to general sales and service requests. The Account Manager will be responsible for all sales activities in an assigned territory with a focus on customer satisfaction. Duties will include working closely with Sales Management to implement and execute agreed upon Marketing and Sales plans to meet personal and corporate goals. Responsibilities: Responsible for the sale of products and services to existing e-automate clients. Conduct demonstrations, account reviews and consultative discussions with business owners and decision makers to educate customers on features and benefits of our products and services. Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, and activities. Respond to sales and service inquiries by phone or email. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Consistently hit monthly revenue quota by actively managing leads generated from marketing, monthly webinars, and other campaigns. Manage accounts by helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution between customers, and other ECI departments. Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience: Minimum 3 years Sales Experience is Preferred Territory Management and Account Planning Experience is Preferred Presentation and Closing Skills Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Self-Motivated and Goal Driven Excellent Customer Service Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Work Well in a Team Environment Experience with Enterprise Software Solutions is desired Office Equipment sales is a plus Proven ability to achieve sale goals In addition to our competitive salary and award winning culture, we offer an excellent benefit package.   • Sales and MarketingKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
