What does a Sales Agent do?

As a Sales Agent, our primary tasks include proactively seeking out potential customers and building strong client relationships to drive sales. We personalize presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits tailored to each customer. We negotiate terms of sales agreements to meet both company and client needs. We also prepare sales contracts following company rules and policy while closing deals effectively. Lastly, we handle post-sale care and engagement, addressing any customer inquiries or issues that arise for the purpose of maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
