About Sales Coach

What does a Sales Coach do?

As sales coaches, we are responsible for mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational material. We have a clear handle on sales tactics as well as the ability to inspire workers with different levels of seniority. We serve as a consultant to salespeople, providing guidance about how to cope with job-related challenges. Our job is to identify individual and team training needs, develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.

Core tasks:

  • designing training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation
  • staying on-board and train new salespeople
  • providing a budget projection for training courses.
