About Sales Consultant

What does a Sales Consultant do?

As Sales Consultants, we coordinate with the company’s warehousing department to ensure that products are available in the warehouse before traveling to advertise them. We schedule meetings with customers in our company to show customers how the product work and how to maintain it while document any complaint or apprehension that they have. We also perform regular follow up with customers that purchased the product to ensure that they are satisfied with it and document any back feedback and forward it to the upper management and development team.
