Overview

This is a purely consultative sale. You will be motivated by high commissions. You're able to take on an advisory role with the C-suite in a professional manner. You're growing a network of business executives who can help expand your sales pipeline. It all starts by identifying small and midsize businesses to offer Emplicity's human resource services and technology. You will call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how Emplicity's HR solutions can help solve their challenges. Developing your network and build lasting partnerships.

Due to our niche HR service offering. We want those talented few, whose solid sales record and industry experience make them the perfect fit for this intangible business service. Our expansion will focus on the Los Angeles/Orange County Area.

The perfect candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills. You should have an indisputable sales record and relevant skills that will reinforce your success.

Requirements

• Experience prospecting to the C-Suite of small and midsize businesses.

• 3 + Years of proven experience in selling B2B complex sales. Preferably in relation to intangible services related to payroll, employer insurance, business services or human resources.

• Ability to self-manage and maintain focus to set your own success.

• Previous HRO, ASO and/or PEO Services or Labor Law background a plus.

• Industry Ecosystem development a plus.

Tasks
