What does a Sales Development Manager do?

Working as Sales Development Managers, our primary responsibility is to manage the sales of the company including the existing ones and the new ones. We identify the enhancement areas of a business for developing process systems that can contribute to the enhancement of customer’s business. Functioning as Sales Development Managers, we are accountable for working collaboratively with operations and marketing teams for working on diverse campaigns. We manage and track all the activities related to the sales force of the company. We also lead the workers of our team by providing assistance in the execution of new campaign strategies.

Core tasks:

  • providing recommendations for the improvement
  • reporting the daily results to the managers of other departments
  • mentoring and guiding our team members
  • generating more sales
  • ensuring that all the customer’s needs and expectations are being met
