About Sales Development Representative

What does a Sales Development Representative do?

As Sales Development Representatives, we analyze the company’s sales departments’ effectiveness and develop new sales strategies based on the latest development in the marketplace and social trends. We also coordinate with outside training agencies and experts to train the staff on how to do follow-ups, negotiate prices with prospects, and up-sell clients on other products and services. We coordinate with the marketing department to input the leads’ contact information in the database before performing a wide cold-calling campaign.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that salespersons foster and create strong relationships with customers
  • educate the sales team on all the product’s features
