What does a Sales Development Specialist do?

In the role of Sales Development Specialist, we are responsible for identifying the key objectives of the company to present solutions for the sales cycle of the business. We reach out to customers by cold pitching them to a variety of outside sources. We have the ability to drive attendance for the webinars, meetings, and conferences that are organized by the company. Functioning as Sales Development Specialists, we work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams for building new campaigns to display them at the events of the company. We also ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sales cycle by maintaining its activity and lead qualification information in the CRM systems.

Core tasks:

  • developing and executing content strategies
  • tracking the content marketing
  • identifying the objectives of customers
  • building innovative marketing campaigns
  • performing other duties as assigned
