Job Summary

LOCATION: New Jersey

QUALIFICATION: To be responsible for generating revenues in the assigned GEO/domain/vertical or combination thereof through new customer acquisition and/or existing customer relationships. (1.) To ensure appropriate staffing of the sales and solution team at all times. (2.) To identify suitable product/solution (internal or external) partners to help build propositions for clients. (3.) To contribute to the team of thought leaders for strategies and branding initiatives for exisitng and new accounts (4.) To manage the Sales team of the assigned domain/group/practice to acquire new business and clients and in the process also monitor completion activity for existing projects

  • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.

  • Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
