Seeking a full time Sales Manager with experience in phone and in person sales work - Monday to Friday, no nights, no weekends and no overtime necessary. The Sales Manager will be based out of our brand new West Los Angeles location on Olympic Blvd. off the 405 freeway.

What do we do?

LaSara Medical Group specializes in men’s sexual health. We offer the state of the art medical treatment that reverses a man's erectile dysfunction and allows him to get back to having full and rigid erections. Boom baby! No more Viagra/Cialis, needles, or the thought of a surgery. This is a brand new treatment in the US and positioned greatly as compared to more traditional modalities and our competition.

We are the first to market and a year old. Growing quickly.

What will the role be like?

We run a large amount of advertising each week which draws a man with ED to call in to learn more. You will be responsible for educating in bound callers on how the treatment works and why they should do the treatment. It is often times a fun and interesting conversation, as you can imagine we are dealing with a man's ability to have sex. The goal of the call is to schedule the prospective patient to come in for a consultation.

After a patient comes in for a consultation and meets with our doctor, you will then have the opportunity to close the sale in person, i.e. bring the patient on to start treatment.

There is huge upside as our sales person. No cold calling, all in bound calls. Every man wants to do this treatment when they have ED. It's just up to you to facilitate the education and close the deal.

We are a premier medical office and provide the best of the best treatment for male sexual dysfunctions. We create a man cave experience for our patients and team members. Positive office environment, sports and stocks on TV, owner operated and a no drama culture. #1 goal is to help men restore their sexual ability, confidence, and happiness.

Professional and Business responsibilities:

  • MUST have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, this is a value sale that requires the ability to articulate what we do and counsel these men on a better option to treat their Erectile Dysfunction
  • Personality is everything, we create a man cave vibe for our men to feel comfortable in and your job is to ensure this experience begins on the phone all the way to the close in office
  • Sales funnel management - organization of leads to patients, follow up calls, emails, and texts
  • Dependable, punctual, and on time
  • General computer skills
  • Professional and groomed self presentment

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

References and background check:

  • At least three professional references needed
  • Background check conducted before job offer
