Sales Specialist

As Sales Specialists, we are tasked with regularly coordinating with the company’s sales department to assess their current turnover and compare it to established objectives and goals and determine additional training to boost their performance. We also create various training programs either visual or written to train newly hired staff and inform them on the latest business best practices. We schedule regular product demonstrations for clients and staff to educate them on how it can solve problems that people face during their day-to-day activities.

Core tasks:

• resolve customers' complaints on time
• schedule further training with exterior experts when needed
